Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without approval from our support team.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Nexyron will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
